SDS MedteQ and SDS Life Science Moves HQ

The SDS Group, consisting of SDS MedteQ and SDS Life Science, has signed an agreement with Atrium Ljungberg, and moves the headquarters from Danderyd to Hagastaden in September 2022. After the move, SDS will geographically be at the center of the growing Life Science cluster close to the Karolinska Institute.

The sister companies SDS Life Science and SDS MedteQ have had an office in Danderyd since the corporation’s establishment in 2012. The new office is located in the quarter named Härden on Hälsingegatan (although, the new address is on St. Eriksgatan) and is composed of 700 square meters. Hence, it is about twice the size of the previous office. About 45 consultants will work from Hagastaden after the geographical relocation.

- Hagastaden has become increasingly attractive from a Life Science perspective. We are geographically closer to many of our customers and that, in combination with reduced commuting distance for most of the employees, makes us look forward to a relocation, says Maria Lundberg, CEO of SDS Life Science.

Anna-Karin Alm, CEO of SDS MedteQ, is aligned with the previous statement.

- This is strategically important for the entire corporation. It also feels good that we have all areas of expertise in pharmaceuticals, statistics, and medical technology at the new location, Anna-Karin said.

After the strategic relocation, the SDS corporation will have offices in four strategically important locations. In addition to Hagastaden, SDS is also located in the Life Science cluster called Medicon Village in Lund, in the Rådhuset in Uppsala, and in Oslo Science Park.
